In a country where the dream of serving as an officer is often dictated by the accident of birth — which city, which school, which family — Yuva Tejas Learning Foundation stands as a deliberate correction.
We exist to ensure that a student from a village in Jharkhand, UP, Bihar has the same fighting chance at the Services Selection Board as one from an elite boarding school in Delhi or Dehradun.
We are not a coaching centre. We are a movement — one that transforms grit into glory, poverty into purpose, and young aspirants into leaders who will one day protect and serve this nation.
Every student we train carries that mission forward, whether they wear the uniform or not.

About the Program.
The Yuva Tejas SSB Preparation Program was born from a simple, defiant question:
Why should a student's financial background determine whether they get to serve the nation?
It shouldn't. And with us, it won't.
Our program is a fully immersive, holistic defence preparation experience designed for young Indians who have the fire but may not have had the resources.
We cover every dimension of the SSB — Psychology, Interview, and GTO — while building something far more important: a complete, resilient, self-aware individual who is ready for any challenge life throws at them.
We do not spoon-feed. We do not manufacture answers. We believe that the officer is already inside you — and our role is to help you find them.
Training Methodology


Fourteen days.
High-intensity. Uncompromising.
Our training program is built to replicate the actual SSB environment so completely that when our candidates walk into the real board, it feels like a second visit. Every hour of every day is structured with purpose — not to fill time, but to build the officer within.
In-depth Personal Interview preparation
Rigorous mock interviews, PIQ deep-dives, and structured feedback that transform how you think, speak, and present yourself under pressure.
Psychology training & practice
Comprehensive, repeated practice on all psychological tests — TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT — with expert analysis of your responses, and ways to improve.
Full GTO training cycle
Live outdoor and indoor GTO tasks — Group Discussions, GPE, PGT, HGT, Lecturette, and Individual Obstacles — conducted in a real SSB-mirrored environment.
First-generation SSB-qualified instructors and Officer mentorship
Our faculty cracked the SSB without privilege, without elite coaching, and without shortcuts. They teach from lived experience — and instill actual personality developement and leadership.
1-on-1 mentorship & support till you make it
Every student receives a personal mentor, a tailored development plan, and continuous support across every attempt — until the day they are recommended.

A boy from a family of daily-wage labourers gets recommended — and every child in his neighbourhood learns that their background is not their ceiling. A first-generation officer becomes the proof of concept his entire community needed.
This is the ripple effect we set in motion. Every candidate we recommend doesn't just change their own life — they become living permission for others to dream bigger. That is an impact no metric can fully capture, and no generation can fully contain.
